Kelly Dozois
For over 20 years, OBP principal Kelly Dozois has worked with global companies to support the implementation of their business strategies through the design and development of individual and organization development solutions. She believes that the success of an organization is directly correlated to the effectiveness of its’ leaders and therefore focuses her work on assisting them in getting stronger as individuals as well as leadership teams.

She designs and facilitates world-class leadership and management development programs and provides targeted executive coaching that produces immediate impact. Her personal clients include Apple, Nike, salesforce.com, VeriSign and Levi Strauss and Company. She has extensive experience with global implementations of learning solutions, working in a wide range of countries.

Prior to founding Ocean Beach Consulting, Ms. Dozois was Vice President of Human Resource Development for the Gap Corporation where she was responsible for the development of 160,000 employees worldwide and the executive development of senior management. She spearheaded the re-alignment of the global Learning and Development function and managed the creation of learning programs for retail sales associates through Executive Vice President level.

Prior to the Gap, Ms. Dozois was Regional Director for an international management consulting firm specializing in Leadership/ Management and Sales and Service training solutions. Some of her clients included Microsoft, Motorola, Sun Microsystems & Levi Strauss & Co.

Ms. Dozois holds an MS in Educational Technology and a BS in Health Science from San Diego State University. She is also a certified executive coach.

Steve Fassler
Steve Fassler is an accomplished Writer, Producer and Director specializing in Video Production and Instructional Design. Prior to founding Ocean Beach Productions, he held positions as Technical Director for PBS television and Producer/Director for a training firm supporting the aeronautics industry. Steve also served as Director of Video Production for an international training and development firm. Steve has been nationally recognized for his ability to communicate critical corporate objectives utilizing engaging and entertaining custom-designed video.

Steve has conducted workshops on Writing the Corporate Video at the New England Screenwriters Conference. Steve’s Video Production Awards include the Telly, MarCom Creative, Cinema in Industry Awards and the New York Festivals. In addition, he held a faculty position in Communication and Media at Northern Illinois University, where he received a Master of Arts degree in Communications.
